New Zealand v England 2023

Ever since Ben Stokes took over the responsibility of the England Test team, the Three Lions have won nine out of their last ten Test matches. Their recent meteoric rise in the format is a result of 'Bazball' - a mantra that they have adopted since Brendon Mccullum took over as their red-ball head coach. Hence, England will look to capitalise on their winning momentum and take New Zealand by storm when they take on the Black Caps in a two-match series, starting February 16.

The Kiwis, on the other hand, had a terrible year in Test cricket. The Tim Southee-led side thus will be gunning to return back to winning ways but against England, it is going to be a difficult job, to say the least. This is also the first time McCullum will be coming to New Zealand as the head coach of a rival team. Thus, the Kiwis will be charged up to do well and that’s why it’s difficult to answer NZ vs ENG match prediction. Meanwhile, speedster Trent Boult will once again miss another Test series and that remains to be a matter of concern for the New Zealand side.

Now, if you are an active user of Dream11, one would definitely keep an eye on Kane Williamson from New Zealand and Joe Root of England. When it comes to bowlers, Tim Southee will be key for the home side while James Anderson will be key for the visiting side.
