Arjun Tendulkar, the son of the legendary Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar, has been hogging the headlines for quite a while now. He isn’t a batsman like his renowned father, rather he prefers to rattle the batsmen’s woodwork with his left-arm fast bowling. A few months back, he forayed into U19 cricket in Sri Lanka and has only played a handful of first-class matches ever since.

The pugnacious potential is also blessed with an elder sister, Sara Tendulkar, who is 21 years old. Both share a healthy camaraderie and their father is undoubtedly proud of them. Their healthy relation also means that they keep taking sporty digs at each other. Recently, Sara trolled her younger brother surrounding his height. In her family, Arjun is the tallest, infact no one is even close to him.

Sara posted a picture on Instagram where she along with Arjun, Sachin and Anjali Tendulkar can be seen. Moreover, she captained it and wrote, “Don’t know where he got his height from #adopted?” However, later she deleted the post, the reasons for which are still unknown. Nevertheless, the picture became popular as it generated nearly 40,000 likes in very little time.

Sachin- A proud father

Lately, Sachin also sounded proud for his daughter as she completed her graduation in medicine from the University College of London back in September. In fact, Sara’s mother Anjali is also a doctor. After the moment, Sachin shared a message for her daughter on Twitter.

He wrote, “It feels like just yesterday when you left home for @UCL, and now you are a Graduate. Anjali and I are so proud of you! May you go out and conquer the world. @saratendulkar.” Even Sara posted some delightful picture along with her parents.

Sachin, during his playing days, was one of the hardest to bowl to. He was fearless and never allowed the bowlers to dictate terms to him. He retired in late 2013 and even after his departure, many of his records in Test and ODI cricket are unscathed.
