Shreyas Iyer is one of the rising stars of Indian cricket. The 28-year-old has cemented his place in the middle order in Tests owing to his marvellous performances in the format ever since his debut. Nevertheless, his skills in the red-ball game are much more talked about than his white-ball game.

Apart from smacking bowlers all around the ground, Iyer is also known for his dance moves off the field. The cricketer is often seen flaunting his flawless steps on various hit numbers from time to time.

The Mumbai-born batter once again shared a video of him dancing with his sister Shresta on his Instagram handle on Saturday, February 25. In the video, the sibling duo were seen shaking a leg on the trending Tamil Song ‘Tum Tum’ in a basketball court. Iyer’s sister Shresta, who’s a choreographer by profession shared the video with the caption, “Dancing to the best trend with the Best .”

Iyer recently made a comeback to the Indian team in the second Test against Australia having recovered from a back injury which ruled him out of the three-match ODI series against New Zealand last month.

The 28-year-old registered scores of 4 and 12 on his comeback as India beat Australia by six wickets in Delhi. With the second Test finishing in just three days, Indian players were given a break to spend time with their families and rejuvenate ahead of the third Test which will start on March 1 in Indore.

Iyer will lead KKR in IPL Season 16

Iyer made his Test debut against New Zealand in Kanpur and ended up scoring a magnificent hundred in his first Test innings itself and followed it up with a 65 in the second innings. In the eight Test matches played so far in his career, he has scored 640 runs at an average of 49.23 with one hundred and five fifties to his name.

The 28-year-old will be seen leading Kolkata Knight Riders in the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League. He also donned the captain’s hat last year where he had a successful season as a batter scoring 401 runs in 14 games but Kolkata finished on the seventh position with six wins in 14 matches.
