Australia sealed their 3rd consecutive bilateral ODI series win in Sri Lanka after they comfortably defeated the hosts in 4th ODI by 6-wickets to take a winning lead of 3-1 in the series with one more game to be played. After electing to bat with 4 Perera’s in their XI, Sri Lanka managed to post just 212 in their 50 overs before getting bowled out on the last ball. Australian openers countered the Sri Lankan batting by aggressive batting display. Their way of approach continued till the end as they needed just 31 overs to chase down the target.
