Teams with most ODI hundreds in a calendar year from 1971 to 2015

Every batsman’s dream is to make a hundred for his country at the international level although some batsmen have found it tough to get to the triple figures in their careers but some have got there quite regularly like Sachin Tendulkar and we all know he had made 49 centuries in ODIs while playing for India and after him Ricky Ponting scored most no. of centuries and to be precise 30. But how many of us know that about team’s record that which team had scored most centuries in a particular year in ODIs starting from 1971 to 2015.

You might know about that Indian batsmen have scored most number of centuries in ODI history but what about the other teams. Last year, South African batsmen managed to score 18 hundreds and it was a record in ODI history after Indian batsmen managed to score similar no. of centuries in 1998.
