Sunrisers Hyderabad are gearing up for the much-awaited season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) as they aim to repeat the glory of 2016. David Warner led from the front for them with the bat while captaining the team admirably well. But this time around the Australian cricketer won’t be the part of the team following his involvement in the infamous ball-tampering scandal. However, it seems that he is missing the team and the IPL so much and has hinted of visiting India during the tournament to support his team.
Warner has been banned for a period of 1 year by Cricket Australia (CA) following the unfortunate incident which took place in Cape Town a few days ago. He has accepted all the sanctions laid on him and will not be contesting those as well. The moment he was banned, the heart of SRH fans was broken as he is the one-man army and can win matches single-handedly on any given day.
Warner desperately missing the team
Recently, David Warner had commented when the franchise had gone live on social media website Instagram which had sent the fan into a frenzy. He is missing the team and all the action in India desperately it seems as he was seen following his team and players closely once again on Thursday. Sunrisers Hyderabad had once again aired their jersey launch event live on Instagram and Warner didn’t miss out on watching the same.
His teammate Bipul Sharma spotted him commenting on the post as the duo chatted for some time. During the chat, he revealed to him that he will be coming to India soon in order to support SRH and witness some of the IPL matches. This is a great news for his fans as they would love to watch him in the country but they would’ve prefered watching him play. “You will see me soon. I will visit,” Warner told Bipul in a series of comments.
