Virat Kohli's new house rent will blow your mind

Indian cricket team’s regular captain Virat Kohli is enjoying the little break off the cricketing field. One can be sure about that once they look at his recent posts on photo-sharing platform Instagram. The Indian captain opted to sit out of the ongoing tri-series involving Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Indian captain got married to Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma last year in December in a secret ceremony in Italy. The couple is enjoying their time together which can be seen on their social media platforms. Kohli recently posted a picture on Instagram where he showed his followers “The view from his home” which went viral immediately.

As per the reports on Times Now, Kohli has rented the posh flat in South Mumbai’s Raheja Legend on Dr. Annie Besant Road. As per the details, the Indian captain has rented the flat for 2 years and 16 days for which he is paying a whopping 15 Lakhs per month. His flat is on the 15th floor of the building. For the 2,675 square feet apartment, Kohli as per reports has paid a deposit of Rs 1.50 crore for the property and an additional amount of Rs 1.01 crore for registration.

His own house is under construction

Virat Kohli has bought a house, nearly 7,000 sq ft apartment in Omkar 1973 for which the Indian skipper has paid INR 34 Crore in 2016 in the posh locality of Worli. The house is getting refabricated as per the details which made the duo to rent out a place before they move in the house.

When Kohli posted the picture from his house captioning “Where else would you wanna be when you have such a stunning view from home!”, a lot of his followers felt that the picture is from his Omkar 1973 apartment, however, It was later found out that It was the new house which Kohli has rented for a couple of years.

Kohli will return to cricket next month in the Indian Premier League when he tries to help his side win their first-ever IPL trophy.
