The Umpire didn’t have any hesitations in ruling the decision in favor of the bowler.

Then Ian Healy became the victim of Akram’s brilliance. Akram bowled a lethal in-swinging Yorker to Healy; the ball had pitched outside the leg-stump and completely deceived the Aussie Wicket-keeper batsman and kissed his back leg and then got deviated towards the stumps and the batter was clean bowled.
