Pakistan Super League 2020 is in its full swing and all the sides have been indulged in a battle to get their hands on the prestigious trophy of the tournament. So far there have been funny instances that happened on the field during the games and one of them happened during the match between Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi when Chris Lynn’s head was spotted releasing steam during a PSL game.

On Saturday, Lahore Qalandars came face to face in a rain-affected PSL match. After winning the toss Qalandars opted to field in a 12-over per side affair. Zalmi got off to a blistering start on the back of their openers’ sublime hitting from the beginning. Tom Banton and Kamran Akmal amassed 32 runs before Pakistan international was dismissed by Shaheen Afridi. The right-hander attempted a stroke for a six off Afridi but ended up giving a catch to Sohail Akhtar.

Later on, Haider Ali, the right-hander smacked 34 runs off 12 balls studded with four sixes and one boundary. On the other hand, Tom Banton also looked in full flow as he muscled 34 runs off 15 balls with the help of four boundaries and two sixes. The duo helped their side in posting a competitive total of 132 runs in stipulated 12 overs.

Meanwhile, there was an instance that hogged the spotlight during the match. There is a clip that went viral in which Chris Lynn’s head was spotted some sought of smoke. It was a hilarious thing to watch for the fans. At that time Lynn was fielding. In that clip, it was quite evident that Lynn was quite angry over the bowling performance of his team.

Coming to the game, Lahore Qalandars lost the game by a margin of 16 runs as they managed to score only 116 runs for a loss of six wickets in 12 overs. Chris Lynn (30 runs off 15 balls) and Sami Patel (34 runs off 15 balls) played small but swift knocks for their side but that was not enough. In the end, Peshawar Zalmi grabbed two important points that took them to the fourth position in the league table.
