KKR has been the second-most successful franchise in the history of the IPL after Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians. While both of them have five trophies each, KKR have two trophies to their name. In fact, when they won their second title in 2014, they had the then-joint-most titles in the history of the league. However, since then, KKR has not been able to win a title.

RCB, on the other hand, has incredible stardom. Over the years, they have had some star players like Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, Chris Gayle, Glenn Maxwell, Yuzvendra Chahal, Mohammad Siraj, and Harshal Patel who have been able to entertain the crowd with their brilliance. RCB are yet to win a trophy. They have a great rivalry with KKR over the years.

The two teams have been a part of great matches and moments that have been some of the best highlights of the league. The Indian Premier League 2024 is set to start from March 22 as RCB will take on CSK in the inaugural match at MA Chidambaram stadium, hoping for a win.

Here are the top five records of KKR that RCB might not be able to break in IPL 2024:

1. Home record

KKR has the third-best winning record at home among the teams that have been playing in the league since the first season. The two-time champions have 53 wins to their name in 90 matches in the league and have lost only 35 matches including a couple of matches that ended without a result in the league at home. Their home record is bettered only by Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings.

On the other hand, RCB's home record is mediocre. RCB have just 40 wins and lost 39 matches at home including six no results. While they have more wins than losses at home, it is still not close to KKR's record at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Even if RCB win all their league stage matches, they will still be six wins away from KKR's record at home.
