Shane Warne is one of the bad boys of cricket. The dad-of-three was engaged to actress Liz Hurley for about three years. This pair fell and love straightaway and got engaged immediately as Shane Warne said in one of the interviews. They shared some great time together and were caught by the shutterbugs on several occasions. It seemed as if this pair will go on to tie the knot with each other.

But they surprised everyone after they decided to part ways in 2013. Shane Warne shared insights into their breakup story in one of the interviews. Talking about how they got together, he said he viewed it as: “This knockabout Aussie with this English rose and WHAT THE HELL? How did you two meet? ‘And boom! It sort of exploded. Everywhere was chaos,” Warney said.

Shane admitted that while it wasn’t the only reason for the split, scheduling did play a part. “It wasn’t just scheduling. When we first met, she was basically not doing anything. She was a farmer. And I had retired from international cricket. But then Elizabeth went back to work, shooting movies and TV series,” he explained. Since the split, Liz has been linked to a string of men. However, Shane still remains to be quite positive about her.
