Many a cricketers have joined the elite 100 Test club, playing 100 Test matches for their country. Reaching the 100 Test mark in one’s career is much more than just a milestone. It signifies the trust the management has put in him to make 100 appearances for the national team. However, in spite of the massive celebration, a 100th Test match can be ruined for a player as well. Scoring a duck on the 100th Test match is one of the worst feelings a player can possibly have. That said, here is a list of players who got out for a duck in their 100th Test.

1. Dilip Vengsarkar:

One of India’s finest Test players, Vengsarkar boasted perfect technique and poise. His brilliant performances also saw him become the Indian skipper for a number of years. Vengsarkar played his 100th Test for India at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai which was the 2nd Test on the 24th of November 1988. Playing against a strong New Zealand side, Vengsarkar made 25 in the first innings and 0 in the second. The Indians lost the match by 136 runs.
