The Peshawar-born left-arm fast bowler, Bilal Khan has made a name for himself by playing for Oman at the international level. Bilal has been playing T20 cricket since 2015 and the 31-year-old pacer has picked 45 wickets at an economy rate of 7.

His bowling strike rate of 14.8 indicates that he can take wickets at regular intervals while he is also the leading wicket-taker in the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifiers. The Omani player has scalped 18 wickets in the tournament, picking 2 four-wicket hauls in 9 innings.

Khan’s economy rate has been under 7 in this tourney and since he is a left-arm pacer, he can prove to be the ‘X-factor’ player for the IPL teams this year. Thus, he has a realistic chance of receiving his first IPL contract in December.
