Richard Alexander Pybus is an English-born coach, who previously worked with some top sides like Bangladesh and Pakistan. Pybus is currently the team Director of West Indies. His most successful period as a coach was during his tenure with South African first-class teams Titans and Cape Cobras, where he led these sides to nine championships.

He played a vital role in bringing some stalwarts of South African cricket like Justin Kemp, Makhaya Ntini and Mark Boucher to the elite level, back in the 90s when he was the Under-19 coach of Border. His CV has some remarkable facets which cannot be overlooked and Pybus will have his fingers crossed until the next coach of Indian cricket is announced.
