Nasser Hussain, a British commentator, and former English cricketer is a prominent figure on this list. He is recognized as one of the most revered commentators in the world having a wealth of knowledge in the game. He was born in Madras (now Chennai) and migrated to England with his family as a child.

Hussain’s most noteworthy innings came in the Natwest Trophy finals against India in 2002. Inflicting havoc on the Indian bowlers, he and Marcus Trescothick helped England set a difficult mark of 334. Nasser smashed the Indian bowlers all around the park for a magnificent 115. Despite the fact that his efforts were futile due to the defeat, this innings is considered one of the greatest highlights of his career.

He went on to captain England from 1999 to 2003 and was widely regarded as a brilliant strategist in the game. He accepted the role of commentator after his retirement and is considered an all-time great in the world of commentary.
