Cricketing trends in Twitter today began with Indian batting sensation Virat Kohli celebrating the milestone of 11 million followers on Twitter. The NatWest T20 Blast has seen a plethora of Tweets erupting from England. Russell Arnold took his much-anticipated place in the commentary box as Mitchell McClenaghan and David Wiese celebrated their participation in the T20 tournament. Matt Prior has the unique distinction of ringing the bell at Lords while Shane Warne had a perfectly crafted Tweet for his ex-partner and actress Elizabeth Hurley. Harbhajan Singh took a minute to explain the dark side of Karma while Saqlain Mushtaq shared a wonderful antidote for one and all. Finally, it was cricketer turned journalist Mark Butcher who took a stroll on Baker’s street down to the Lords cricket ground. Russell Arnold was in the thick of it once again as Kumar Sangakkara had a few issues with the DRS system. Dean Jones also had his say in the matter. That said, here are the best Tweets in today’s edition of Cricketing trends in Twitter today.
