Preview:

The 3-match T20I series between Finland and Spain will go into the final game on Sunday as both the teams won one match apiece on Saturday. Finland thumped the visitors by 82 runs after posting a huge total of 185/8. Spain were bundled out for only 103 in 15 overs during the chase. Later, the hosts were restricted to 135/8 and Spain chased it down with an over and six wickets to spare.

The first game witnessed the maiden victory for Finland in International cricket. They featured in two T20Is before; both during the T20I series against Denmark last month. Finland fell short of Denmark’s total by one run and by 38 runs respectively on the same day. Interestingly, Spain suffered their first defeat during the same game as they defeated Malta during a T20I series in March by 2-0 margin.

Weather Condition/Report:

Both the matches on Saturday were hosted by Kerava without any interruption. The weather forecast suggested an even better day. The forecast indicates 0% rain chances during the match timings.

Pitch Condition/Report:

The venue suggested slowness in the pitch as the day progressed. Finland’s innings in the first game of the day was the only time when the pitch allowed the batsmen dominance. The same is expected on a new pitch in the series decider. The team winning the toss could be soon electing to bat first.
