From the Bottom to the Top – IPL 2015 Team Ratings: The eighth season of Indian Premiere League (IPL) 2015 has completed its voyage starting from the Eden Gardens to the same place in Kolkata after the mighty Mumbai Indians were crowned as the champions. Mumbai thrashed Chennai Super Kings to win their second IPL title equaling the record of runners up CSK and Kolkata Knight Riders. Eight teams were fighting for the glory with some extremely competitive cricket.

8. Kings XI Punjab- (2/10):
The runners up of season 2014 were expected to perform and end this season on a similar note like they did last season. Contrary to all the expectations, the Punjab team finished at the bottom of the table with only 3 wins out of 14 league matches. They had a season to forget with seven successive losses, the most losses on trot by any team this season. Their last season star players were completely out of shape this season. The Indian batsmen in the squad performed poorly and skipper Bailey failed to manage his troops. However their bowling unit did click but could not do enough to win matches.
