Actress Juhi Chawla has always mesmerized people with her stunning looks over the years. Well, she was very much present in the IPL 2018 auction hall in the Kolkata Knight Riders camp, but it was her daughter Jhanvi Mehta who stole the limelight. Jhanvi, the daughter of Juhi and industrialist Jay Mehta, happens to be the youngest ever person to be a part of the IPL auction.

At the auction, KKR made some stunning purchases. Their first buy of the day was Mitchell Starc, who came in at a hefty price of Rs. 9.4 crore. Chris Lynn also fetched a huge amount of Rs. 9.6 crore. They bought some other exciting talents like Kuldeep Yadav, Kamlesh Nagarkoti, Shubman Gill to go with seniors like Dinesh Karthik, Robin Uthappa and Piyush Chawla.

Whilst the major focus remained on the players they were buying, it was hard for people to take their eyes off the Mother-Daughter duo. Juhi and Jhanvi actively participated in the discussions relating to purchases. Jhanvi was spotted right next to their coaches Jacques Kallis and Simon Katch as she kept handling the paddle for a major while.

1. Youngest person at the auction table

Jhanvi was born on 21 February 2001. Just a few days shy of her 17th birthday, the teenager managed to enter the auction hall and is the youngster ever person to do so.

2. A topper at school

She completed her 10th standard at the very famous Dhirubhai Ambani School with a CGPA of 10. She was amongst the few students from her batch to have achieved an A1 grade in all the subjects.

3. Currently studying in London

She is currently pursuing her education at the Charter House boarding school in London, United Kingdom. Accompanying her to the same Boarding School is her 15-year-old brother Arjun Mehta.

4. Kept away from spotlight

Jhanvi has always remained away from the spotlight. Mother Juhi remains very protective of her kids and the number of public appearances the teenager makes are very limited.

5. Big fan of Varun Dhawan and Deepika Padukone
