IPL 2021: Aakash Chopra picks his ideal playing XIs for SRH vs CSK match

The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) sides will lock horns with each other in the 44th match of the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). And, ahead of this contest, cricketer-turned-expert Aakash Chopra has picked his ideal playing XIs of both sides for this match.

Chopra feels that the Chennai side needs to do nothing different against the ‘Orange Army’. The only likely change Chopra feels that Chennai should make is, if Dwayne Bravo is fit, he might replace Sam Curran. Other than that, there is nothing to worry about for MS Dhoni’s men as far as the team combination is concerned.

Chopra also added that both Suresh Raina and MS Dhoni need to score runs for the CSK side with the willow, and both these players can try coming out to bat a little up the order as well.

Aakash Chopra stated that the Sunrisers Hyderabad side too, need not tinker with their playing combination for the clash against the Chennai outfit.

Chopra also reckoned that the only change SRH might think of is, fielding Mohammad Nabi in the playing XI in place of Jason Holder particularly for this match, as the CSK side has a lot of left-handers in Moeen Ali, Suresh Raina, and Ravindra Jadeja. Chopra also added that chasing might be a difficult task at Sharjah.

The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are occupying the top spot in the IPL points table, and have won 8 out of their 10 matches. The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) outfit has endured an abysmal run in IPL 2021, having emerged victorious in just 2 out of its 10 games, and is placed at the last spot.
