Shah Rukh Khan lends a helping hand to Gautam Gambhir, gets an appropriate reply

Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir involved himself in a beautiful initiative named the Community Kitchen. The heartwarming process saw the poor being served with food. This step to feed the hungry has been started by the cricketer’s own foundation which goes by the name of Gautam Gambhir Foundation (GGF). The free kitchen has been started to ensure the fact that “no one should sleep hungry” and it is another masterstroke from the GGF after they decided to carry the education expenses of the needy.

The left handed genius, Gautam Gambhir took to Twitter to share pictures of the process. Gambhir himself was present at the function and served food with his own hands. As the pictures of the Community Kitchen won a thousand hearts one of those was that of Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The ‘Baadshah of Bollywood’ wasted no time in putting forward a helping hand on seeing Gambhir helping the poor. Shah Rukh Khan, who is the owner of the Kolkata Knight Riders asked skipper Gautam Gambhir to let him know how can he contribute to this noble cause. The tweet read “Let me know my Captain how I can be of use to ur initiative. Bless u”

It was an amazing gesture from the influential actor and Gambhir was quick to respond back. In an appropriate reply Gautam Gambhir showered praise on Shah Rukh stating that the veteran actor has been a great teacher in his life. Gambhir also thanked Shah Rukh for his constant support to the GGF. Both the gentlemen share a bond of immense love and respect and have been crucial in Kolkata Knight Riders’ success over the years. Gambhir’s replied “Many thanks Bhai, u r constantly with me in each & every helping dat GGF offers…learnt a lot from u about being generous yet humble.”
