3. Delhi Capitals

The team from Delhi looks a completely balanced team with an appropriate number of players for each department. They have an abundant stock of quality foreign players in their squad too. The openers from the previous year, Prithvi Shaw and Shikhar Dhawan are expected to take the mantle this year as well. The skipper Shreyas Iyer will come in at No. 3 to anchor the innings. The hard-hitting Caribbean batsman Shimron Hetmyer is expected to bat at No.4 in the Playing XI.

The local lad Rishabh Pant will be donning the wicket-keeping gloves. Marcus Stoinis and Axar Patel in all probability will be playing the roles of All-rounder and will also double up as finishers for the team. Both of them are a complete T20 package with their excellent batting, bowling as well as fielding.

Among the bowlers, Kagiso Rabada is expected to lead the charge with Keemo Paul supporting him. Ravichandran Ashwin is expected to lead the spinning department along with veteran Amit Mishra.
