Preview:

Maratha Arabians topped the table with four wins in the six matches they played in the tournament. In the tournament opener, they were thumped by the defending champions Northern Warriors. It turned out to be the only loss in the competition for the Arabians. One of the key factors led to their success was Chris Lynn’s form. The Maratha team will now take on the Qalandars in the 1st Qualifier on Saturday. A good win for the Qalandars on Friday helped them to finish at No.2 by edging Deccan Gladiators and Bangla Tigers on NRR marginally.

Weather Condition/Report:

Abu Dhabi is expected to be under clear skies during the 1st Qualifier game.

Pitch Condition/Report:

The first match matches of every day have been helpful for the chasing teams. A variety of first-innings totals have been recorded by the teams batting first but only big 125+ scores have been defended successfully. Hence, teams will prefer to chase if they are confident enough of keeping the opponent down to 110.

Average first innings total: 110 (Completed matches starting at 3:30 PM in T10 League 2019/20)

Record of chasing team: Won – 5, Lost – 2
