Video footage of Mohammed Shami's injury after the road accident surfaces the media

Team India cricketer Mohammed Shami is going through a very tough time in his personal life. Recently, things got worse for the troubled cricketer as he met with a road accident. Shami was travelling from Dehradun to New Delhi when he suffered from minor injuries in a road mishap. The news broke out earlier this morning and spread like a wild fire on the social media.

Now, a video footage has surfaced the media in which Mohammed Shami is seen lying unconscious with bruises on his forehead. The stitches can also be seen on his head and near the eyebrows. Certainly, the cricketer was lucky to have avoided any fatal injuries. He is likely to recover from these minor injuries soon and there seems to be nothing much of a major worry for the cricketer and his family members.

Troubled times in the recent past

The recent past has not been very fruitful for the Indian pace bowler. He has been in the news headlines for the multiple allegations that his wife, Hasin Jahan, had imposed on him. Hasin Jahan had claimed that Shami cheated on her, had extra-marital affairs, tortured her, and even took money from a Dubai-based lady. Furthermore, the allegations of rape were also put against Shami.

These saw the central contract of the cricketer being withheld by the Indian cricket board, the BCCI. The BCCI wanted to get the background check done before awarding him a central contract. Hasin Jahan had alleged that Shami had potentially fixed matches too. This had prompted the board to conduct their investigations in the case. However, much to the relief of the veteran pacer, the BCCI ACU found no evidences against the pacer.

Hence, he was recently awarded a grade B contract with the BCCI. However, several non-bailable and bailable continue to be against his name.
