The former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag continues to entertain his fans on social media with his congratulatory tweet for Virat Kohli. The Indian skipper scored yet another century, his 32nd, in the ongoing third and final ODI of the series against New Zealand. This was also the second ton of series for the run machine of the Men in Blue. However, Sehwag didn’t miss out on an opportunity to wish him for his magnificent knock on Twitter and hailed him in a unique way.

Virat Kohli came out to bat within the first 10 overs as Shikhar Dhawan was dismissed early by the Kiwi bowler Tim Southee. Though he wasn’t perturbed a bit and started middling the ball from the word go. He hit the opposition bowlers to every corner of the ground and entertained the jam-packed crowd at the Green Park. He mostly played second fiddle to Rohit Sharma who also brought up his 15th century in the process. India, on the back some hitting from MS Dhoni and Kedar Jadhav at the death, posted a mammoth total of 337/6 in 50 overs.

Sehwag’s tweet for Kohli

Virender Sehwag was amazed at Kohli’s skills of converting his starts into a big one and posted a hilarious message on social media website Twitter. He tweeted that centuries have gone inside Virat’s blood like haemoglobin and congratulated him. He wrote, “Century toh haemoglobin ki tarah Virat Kohli ke khoon mein hi shaamil ho chuki hai. 32 one day 100’s in 202 matches.”

Virat Kohli also became the fastest player to reach 9000 runs in this innings and is looking good for more runs. He has raised the bar of his batting since becoming the captain of India and would love to continue his rich vein of form across the formats. India will now look to seal the series by defending the mammoth score in Kanpur.
