He hasn’t been the most favored cricketer in India for the last four years. His image is tarnished beyond repair and it turns out the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is in no mood to let him off. S Sreesanth today shared a video on his Twitter profile, that of the first ball he bowled in four years. The cricketer has been banned by the BCCI following his alleged involvement in IPL spot-fixing scandal and that prevented him from participating in any cricket match or tournament and also from using a facility managed by the board or its affiliate association.

He said bowling for the first time in 4 years it felt great and also pledged to never give up. For the delivery he is seen marking his run-up, the batsman facing him was a right-hander and Sreesanth who is also a right-arm pacer has traditionally been good against them moving the ball away from the batsman after pitching. He had one of the most beautiful seam presentations at the time the ball hit the pitch and was widely praised for his skills with the ball.

He had one of the most beautiful seam presentations at the time the ball hit the pitch and was widely praised for his skills with the ball. Here he runs in with a pretty short run-up and the 33-year-old continues to maintain his famous bowling action, he hits the pitch and bowls a short pitch delivery. The batsman who was anticipating it was well on the back foot and in a good position to play a similar ball.

It didn’t appear that the delivery had a lot of pace behind it and gave the batsman enough opportunity to show it direction towards the third-man fielder.

Earlier in 2015, a Delhi court had acquitted Sreesanth and two others arrested and prosecuted for their involvement in the spot-fixing scandal in the IPL. But the BCCI hasn’t lifted the ban, very recently the BCCI also denied an NOC which would pave way for him to move to Scotland and play professional cricket in the country.
