Another man who has made a mark in international cricket from Gujarat is Hardik Pandya. The stunning all-rounder has now become an integral part of the Indian squad. After playing a vital role in winning the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy for the Baroda team in the 2013-14 season, he broke into the Mumbai Indians squad in the year 2015.

Having capacity with both bat and ball made him a vital cog for the franchise. In his debut season only, he caught hold of all the limelight by producing a quickfire 21 runs from just eight balls. In 66 IPL matches, he has 1068 runs and 42 scalps to his credit. Entering with a base price of Rs 10 lakh in his debut season, the all-rounder is now priced at INR 11 crores for 2020.

After making his debut in IPL 2015, he received a national call the very next year against New Zealand. He flagged his Test journey with the team in the year 2017 against Sri Lanka, and now it seems the spot is fixed for the all-rounder. The 26-year-old has 532 Test, 957 ODI, and 310 T20I runs along with 17, 54, 38 wickets to his credit respectively.
