CricTracker is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our passionate team. As a Business Development Executive, the selected candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational business development.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities

  • Understand all products and services offered by the brand
  • Acquire new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth
  • Actively collaborate with the marketing department
  • Be part of networking activities and connect with expected clients
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
  • Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
  • Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes
