10. Rajasthan Royals (RR):

Rajasthan Royals (RR) spent 90% of their purse on only two players Rovman Powell and Shubham Pandey. They were left with little to buy a proper Indian or overseas all-rounder. Like IPL 2023, they will play with Riyan Parag as the closest thing to a proper all-rounder. For RR, the size of 22 is the smallest among the ten teams. This might come to haunt them in crunch situations.
