We are bringing together the thrill of the giant screen experience and thunderous sound to cricket: INOX COO

INOX's COO, Anand Vishal was delighted to bring the joyous news to the Indian fans, who will be able to experience the thrill of the shortest format of the game on the big screen. He reckoned that the marvelous atmosphere in the theatres will add to the experience of the viewers, especially of a global event such as the T20 World Cup.

"By screening cricket in cinemas, we are bringing together the thrill of the giant screen experience and thunderous sound with the most loved sport in our country, that is cricket. The excitement and emotions of the World Cup would add to this combination, resulting into a virtual treat for cricket lovers," said INOX Leisure Chief Operating Officer Anand Vishal.

The Men in Blue, led by Rohit Sharma, are one of the favorites for the tournament but will face stiff competition from the likes of England, New Zealand, South Africa, and defending champions Australia. The 2007 T20 WC winners will kickstart their campaign with a blockbuster clash against arch-rivals Pakistan at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on the 23rd of October.
