IPL 2024, Match 35 Stats Review: SRH register highest powerplay total, Travis Head's batting heroics and other stats

In the 35th match of IPL 2024 held at the Arun Jaitley Cricket Stadium, in New Delhi, Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Delhi Capitals by sixty-seven runs.

Asking to bat first, the Sunrisers started the innings with a bang, openers gave a blistering fantastic start, and Travis Head 89(32) played a magnificent innings which helped the Sunrisers to post a huge total on the board. Abhishek Sharma 48(12) who smashed from the first ball played a superb inning and gave good support to the head.

In the end, Shahbaz Ahmed 59*(29) played a fantastic finishing innings which sunrises to post a huge total of 266. Speaking about the bowling of the Capitals Axar Patel (4-0-29-1) bowled beautifully helped the Capitals to see that the Sunrisers do not reach the highest score in the IPL. Kuldeep Yadav (4-0-55-4) took the wickets at regular intervals, but he was expensive. All the other bowlers were expensive.

In response, Jake Fraser-McGurk (65 off 18) who started to smash from the first ball in the powerplay as usual played superbly. But he didn't get support from other batters. Speaking of the bowling of Sunrisers, T Natarajan (4-1-19-4) bowled beautifully, which helped Pat Cummins' side win the game by a 67-run margin. His figures were outstanding in the huge scoring game. Nitish Kumar Reddy (2.1-0-17-2) who bowled superbly gave excellent support to the lefty pacer.
