England and Australia will continue their rivalry in the one-off T20 International after a lopsided ODI series. The hosts whitewashed the team from down under in the 50-over format and will be eager to thump them in the shortest format as well and pile on the agony. However, the scales are more in favour of Australia for this game as they have recently managed to keep a lid on their arch-rivals in T20Is.

The change in the leadership is likely to make an impact for Australia as Aaron Finch will take over the mantle for this encounter. It will be an interesting battle as they will be itching to make a difference and register their first win on the tour. Eoin Morgan though will be relaxed as the team is perfectly balanced for England and they are expected to beat their opponents comfortably.

What about the weather?

The one-off encounter will be played at Edgbaston in Birmingham and the weather forecast from Accu Weather suggests the things are sunny now in the city. The temperatures are currently hovering around 12 Degree Celsius to 15 Degree Celsius and it will only increase in the lead up to the game. The rain has aptly stayed away in the ODI series which preceded and it will not interrupt the action on the 22 yards on Wednesday as well.

The game will commence at 6.30 PM local time and the conditions will be pleasant for a cricket match to take place. The dew is likely to play its part partially during the proceedings but that should not be a major factor which also makes the toss not much important.

Overall Verdict: The T20 International is expected to be sold out and the weather will be absolutely fine during the course of the match. Both, Australia and England, would be eager to end the tour on a high.
