4. RCB not using Washington Sundar in the powerplays

Washington Sundar stands out among the rest because of his composure, for the fact that he isn’t affected by the pressure the opposition batsmen are trying to exert and if he has been hit for a few boundaries. He goes about business with his plan unfazed. This skill comes to the fore when he bowls in the powerplay.

For a spinner to operate with field restrictions it is extremely difficult since that asks for a lot of control. Sundar has that control is very accurate and has a cool head on his shoulders. Rising Pune Supergiant, as well as India, have used him in the powerplay to great effect but for some reason, Virat Kohli has decided against it.

RCB bowlers have been really expensive and they’ve won only one match out of the three. The offie has returned with figures of 1/48, 2/22 and 0/30 which isn’t the best contribution he could’ve made. Bangalore have certainly missed a trick here.
