IPL 2018: Danielle Wyatt has a special tweet for AB de Villiers

AB de Villiers is class-apart once he gets going and the world has seen it the other day. His innings induced Virar Kohli to accept that he’s the best in the world right now. Everyone in the cricketing fraternity was full of praises for the South African legend and English cricketer Danielle Wyatt had a special compliment for him as well.

Danielle Wyatt recently recorded the highest individual T20 score for an English batswoman. But most people remember her as the one who has a huge crush on Indian skipper Virat Kohli. She had confessed her love for the 29-year-old on Twitter and ever since, she has become a household name. She also is a huge fan of the Royal Challengers Bangalore.

After AB de Villiers went bonkers, the RCB pulled off a stunning run chase against the run of play. Reactions poured in from the entire world and Wyatt too had her say. She came up with a hilarious and creative comment to describe this genius named ABD. She wrote in her tweet, “AB is just a different gravy.”

RCB register a crucial win

The Royal Challengers Bangalore registered a much-needed win in context of their title chase this season. They had suffered three losses already heading into the Delhi game. Batting first, Rishabh Pant steered the side to a big total. The Daredevils seemed to be struggling at a point, but Pant got some big shots out of his sleeves and got his side something to play with.

Bangalore got off to a poor start, losing Quinton de Kock and Manan Vohra early in the innings. Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers set the platform with a brilliant partnership and then, the ABD plane took off. From then on, Gautam Gambhir and his troops were never in the game.

De Villiers smashed 90 off just 39 balls which included 5 sixes and 10 fours. If it had not been for Mandeep Singh’s exploits towards the end, the South African stalwart definitely was lining up for a hundred. RCB now stand 5th on the points table thanks to a superior net run rate.
