Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings are all set to take on each other in the 47th league match of IPL 2021. The two teams have major differences in terms of star power, results, and position in the league table. Rajasthan will not be starting as favorites but they have some happy memories of beating Chennai last season in the UAE. Nevertheless, it presents fans with a good opportunity to score some fantasy points.

Here are three players you should avoid in RR vs CSK game:

  1. Liam Livingstone

The English batter was massively successful in The Hundred recently and had shown some fantastic batting performances in T20Is as well. There was a bit of hype going around him ahead of the tournament. However, he hasn’t lived up to his expectations. His scores this season have been: 25, 1, 4, and 6.

The issue might also be around the fact that he is still adjusting to the slowness of the pitches in the UAE. He has been known to score runs in England and Australia, where the conditions are a little different. Given the array of options to choose from, especially the in-form players, it might be in the best interest to avoid him.

  1. Suresh Raina

The CSK legend has looked pretty off-color in this tournament so far. He has struggled against the pace and not necessarily looked in good nick to time the ball. He hasn’t really scored all season apart from the fifty he got in the opening fixture for his side, way back during the Indian leg. What is more of an issue is the fact that he has got into awkward positions while batting which has caused his downfall in some ways. Given his current form, it wouldn’t be easy for him to score runs against Rajasthan.

  1. Chris Morris

The South African all-rounder does carry a huge price on his head. He got the highest ever bid in the IPL, but his returns haven’t been satisfying. In the first leg of the competition, he had found some form with the bat and the ball. However, since he has returned in the second leg,  without any cricket in between these two phases, there has been a major dip in his form. He hasn’t scored or had an opportunity to score runs. With the ball, he has been quite close to being miserable and not at all good. He has struggled with his line, length and control.
