Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad are currently fighting it out in match 28 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL). Both sides are in desperate need to win the game as they are languishing in the bottom four in the points table with two and one victories respectively so far. Rather SRH have decided to leave out David Warner from the playing XI while also stripping him off captaincy for the rest of the season.

Kane Williamson has taken over the leadership and straightaway luck favoured him at the toss and he decided to bowl first. SRH made three changes to their line-up bringing Mohamad Nabi, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Abdul Samad in the line-up. They left out David Warner, Siddarth Kaul and Jagadeesha Suchith for this match.

Even the Royals made two changes for this crucial encounter leaving out Jaydev Unadkat and Shivam Dube for Kartik Tyagi and Anuj Rawat respectively. A host of changes in both sides prove that they are desperate to win the game and make a move in the points table as soon as possible.

Who will win the match?

Meanwhile, CricTracker Expert and former India cricketer Reema Malhotra has predicted for the Sunrisers Hyderabad to win this match citing their new skipper Williamson as the reason for the same. She reckons that the New Zealand cricketer knows how to handle the team and is aware of how to lead from the front. However, according to Reema it will be a close game with the Royals putting in their best effort.

“I would like to go with Sunrisers Hyderabad for this match. Rajasthan Royals can also win but I give that extra 1% to SRH as their new captain Kane Williamson knows how to handle the team and is a better skipper,” Reema said while speaking in ‘In the Air’ live show.

With no specialist opener in the side, it will also be interesting to see as to who will open for SRH. Kane Williamson has done it before in 2018 and was in sensational form as well. But it remains to be seen if the likes of Abdul Samad or any other batsman is given the license to play his natural game in the powerplay and relieve Jonny Bairstow’s pressure a bit.
