Another Sri Lankan spinner Maheesh Theekshana has marked his presence in the best overseas XI of the third week. He is a gifted off-break bowler and is a crucial player for the national team. He had a good outing in the last couple of games for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) as the defending champions bounced back from four defeats on the trot.

In a game where bowlers went for plenty of runs, Theekshana finished with an economy rate of 8.20 runs per over.
His constant good bowling performance has made him an important part of the Sri Lankan team. Theekshana&#8217;s decent form in IPL 2022 is proving to be beneficial for the Super Kings.
