Rohit Sharma sends cheeky wedding regards to Zaheer Khan

Veteran Indian batsman Rohit Sharma was quick to send in his warm regards to his former national teammate Zaheer Khan. Zaheer recently got married to Sagarika Ghatge and stepped down from the isle of bachelorhood. The warm wishes for his wedding came in flooding from all corners. From the cricketers to the Bollywood stars, the tweets for the lovely couple kept pouring in.

While all these posts were bound to arrive, the tweet from Rohit Sharma was also being expected. Rohit is known to be great friends with the former Indian fast bowler. Time and again, the duo have been seen sharing banters on the social media that speaks volumes about their bonhomie. Also, in their ‘friends’ group is veteran Indian batsman Yuvraj Singh. It will be worth seeing if Yuvi also replies back to the tweet that Rohit has posted.

Last year, when Yuvraj Singh had got married to Hazel Keech, the tweets from Rohit and Zaheer were there to be seen for all. And now, when Zaheer Khan has also tied the know, Rohit wrote a cheeky little tweet to congratulate his good friend.

Rohit mentioned that the last man from their group is down now. He welcomed Zaheer to club of married cricketers. He then wished the couple a blissful marriage. The hard hitting Indian opener also posted a lovely picture of the couple to go along with his tweet for them. The couple will be hosting their reception soon at the Taj Mahal and Towers in Mumbai on November 27.
