Dean Jones, Kapil Dev, VVS Laxman, and Aakash Chopra actually have something in common. The current series has seen all these fantastic personalities converge into the haven of the commentary box to give out their respective opinions on the occurrence of events in the ongoing Test match between India and England.

However, with the demonetization scheme implemented by the government, this topic at times proves to be much more viral and interesting in comparison to the cricket being played on the 22-yard strip in Vizag. Needless to say, it became a massive part of the commentary box as well during a much-needed break in play as far as the players were concerned.

Aakash Chopra, a solid opener in his time went on to play the role of producer of the film when he brought up an issue prevalent in the country today. The question was simple: “Is Sonam Gupta unfaithful?” Sonam Gupta, whoever she is, has been in the news in recent times given the fact that someone had scribbled her unfaithfulness on a few notes in recent times.

The first in the firing line was Dean Jones. Professor Deano, as he is fondly known, went on to diplomatically state that he was a ‘cricket analyst’ and that his brain better be used for cricketing matters. Kiran More, the former Indian wicketkeeper and the producer for Star Sports decided on keeping their opinions to themselves.

VVS Laxman on the other hand, went on to state that he would be in agreement over whatever Aakash Chopra thought of. However, when asked about the same, former Indian skipper Kapil Dev went on to state that Sonam Gupta was faithful, an interesting take on the whole matter.
