MS Dhoni cheekily calls Sakshi as 'Boss' in new commercial

Veteran Indian cricketer MS Dhoni is one of the most popular cricketers in the modern day cricket. The wicketkeeper-batsman, who recently turned 37, has been one of the mainstays of the Indian side over the last decade. Dhoni is rated very highly when it comes to leadership qualities and has been arguably the most successful captain of the Indian cricket team.

Under his able leadership, the Indian cricket team has won all the ICC major tournaments. Even after stepping down as the captain of the national side, Dhoni continues to be the leader in the dressing room and the perfect guide for the youngsters stepping in. No wonder why everyone hails him as ‘the boss’ of the Indian team. Well, everyone has a boss. And by that adage, it can be safely assumed that even MS Dhoni has someone who he calls as the boss.

In a recent ad commercial, the former Indian captain has cheekily called his wife, Sakshi Dhoni, as the boss of his life. Dhoni featured in an ad commercial for SoundLogic. The popular brand has launched a new range of smart audio accessories and Dhoni has been signed as the brand ambassador of the same. In the video, MS Dhoni is seen asking the smart headphone to make a phone call to Sakshi.

The gadget promptly responds that there is no contact with the name ‘Sakshi’. Dhoni, with a grin, then says, “Call Boss!”. And needless to guess, the call goes out to his wife. Recently, when he had signed up with the brand, Dhoni had remarked that he is excited to be associated with the company. Music has always helped him stay motivated on the field and hence, this is a good way to stay connected to the emerging trend in the audio industry.

“Music drives me to do more on and off the field and there is no better fit than SoundLogic’s range of audio products.
