Rajasthan Royals found themselves in a spot of trouble in the fourth game of the IPL 2024 against Lucknow Super Giants. Both sides faced off at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Sunday, March 24.

The clash began with Royals batting first, and the side got off to a subpar start as openers Jos Buttler and Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 11 and 24 runs, respectively. However, it was the knock of skipper Sanju Samson that propelled the Jaipur-based franchise to a respectable total in the first innings.

Coming in to bat during a tough time for the hosts, Samson scored 82* runs off 52 deliveries and helped his side post a total of 193/4 runs in the first innings. The highlight of his knock was a magnificent six that he hit in the final over of the first innings.
